was established in June 2004 and has accumulated investment of more than RMB 30 million so far. We produce medium and large-sized die casting mold bases and die casting mold parts. After years of development, we are now wholly-owned production plants in Kunshan Weken Metal Products Co., Ltd., in Guangzhou Weken Metal Products Co., Ltd., and Kunshan Haoben Metal Products Co., Ltd.
Our company has a good industrial experience production team and has established excellent management system and operating standards. We equip with imported vertical CNC machine centers (Workable size 2600*2200*1300mm) and horizontal CNC machining centers (Workable size 3000*2000*1500mm) in Kunshan, Suzhou and Guangzhou, Guangdong. We also equip with internationally renowned quality control facilities for quality inspection to aims for zero defect products to customers. With well-applicable CAD/CAM software, we are able to produce all mold bases in-line with customer requirement.
We offer our customers a complete, one-stop source for all of their mold base steel needs. With 9 years manufacturing experience, we have advanced imported processing machines, excellent production technology and professional R & D department. We will also give you the proper advise about your product development. We can do both high precise mold base and mechanical parts, whatever you supply the sample, drawing or picture.

A: It depends on the mould base size and complexity. Generally Speaking, the leading time is 5 -15 working days.
Q3: Do you provide sample? Is it for free?
A: Yes, we would like to produce the sample set for customer. But as you know, they are mostly custom made goods, we hope that you will agree to pay for the production and freight cost.
Q4: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% T/T in advance.
Payment>=1000USD, 50% deposit T/T in advance, and 50% balance T/T before delivery.
